By downloading or using Liberty Ledger (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using the App.
Liberty Ledger is an iOS application that helps collectors track United States circulated coins. The App provides a catalog of coin varieties, collection tracking tools, a wishlist, and market reference data. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
Coin collection data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your personal iCloud account. You own your data. We do not access, store, or process it on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Liberty Ledger offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Full Version") that removes the free-tier coin limit and unlocks all features. The purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store.
Silver spot prices displayed in the App are sourced from public market data APIs for informational purposes only. This data may be delayed or inaccurate. Liberty Ledger makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any market data shown. Do not rely on it for financial decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Ledger and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Full Version.
You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that interferes with the App's normal operation.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
